Over the years, Sue’s dedication and expertise have earned her numerous national staging titles and the esteemed recognition as one of the Top 100 Most Influential People in the Staging Industry (USA), bestowed upon her by her peers across the nation.

Sue’s life is anchored by her unwavering faith in God and the boundless love she shares for her family, both serving as pillars of strength and purpose. Amidst the hustle of daily life, ‘one of these days’ Sue is going to rekindle her passion for painting, finding solace and rejuvenation in the strokes of her brush. Her happiest moments are found in the tranquil embrace of water, whether by the serene shores of a lake, the rippling of a creek, or the rhythmic waves of beaches and spending time with her grandkids. As a perpetual creator, Sue’s home is a canvas for her imagination, with ongoing projects reflecting her innate need for expression and redesign. Growing up on a dairy farm instilled in her a deep affection for cows, a love that continues to bring warmth to her heart and a smile to her face with every encounter.

Kyrsten is creative inside and out. Leading women in the industry like Joanna Gaines inspired her passion for pursuing Home Staging and Design as a career. She is fascinated by how design brings life to a space and sparks emotion. It makes her happy knowing that by creating a beautifully staged, fast-selling home, helps sellers during what most consider a stressful time. To Kyrsten, each home is a labor of love, making all the behind-the-scenes planning, prepping, and moving well worth the reward!

Kyrsten’s other loves consist of camping, kayaking, and backpacking through parks across the country with her husband, family, and cat, Denver. When she’s not rolling down a mountain (that’s a story for another day) she is probably drinking too much coffee, and starting her next hobby like painting, or playing guitar.

Melody is a fervent designer who believes that every space tells a story. With a versatile style that adapts to various markets and client preferences, she thrives on creative challenges and finds motivation in personal connections. She understands the intricacies of space planning and the importance of functionality, guaranteeing that each design is both captivating and purposeful. Her approach emphasizes using organic materials and blending diverse finishes and textiles to infuse life and depth into every home. Melody is dedicated to her clients and works to ensure they receive a return on their vestment. With a commitment to quality and a keen eye for detail, she transforms vacant and occupied homes into show stopping market finds, making each project a rewarding journey for both her and her clients.

Melody’s passion for life comes from an adventurous spirit and desire to learn and grow. She is happiest when she is traveling and exploring new experiences alongside family and friends. On a typical day, she is likely talking her husband into their next endeavor, snuggling their two kitties, or squeezing a in workout, between the schedules of their three beautiful boys.
